Return and Refund Policy

NINE ZERO NINE APPAREL CO. offers store credit for product(s) that are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. 

All custom items are final sale. 

Exchanges must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving the original order. 

Please include your name, email address and order number in the return package and mail your unwashed, unworn item(s) with tags attached to:

NINE ZERO NINE APPAREL CO. does not offer cash or credit card refunds on any purchases. Store credit will be issued via e-gift card to the email address on file within 5 business days of receiving your return for the amount paid, less shipping costs. The  customer (buyer) is responsible for return shipping costs. Store credit never expires and can be used on any item in our shop.
